Hello everyone!

I'm Lindsay, the Stager. I was the little girl who had to re:arrange my room (and everyone else’s) weekly, to see which clever furniture positioning, and use of old treasures I could come up with. I love me some furniture and accessories (especially rugs—I love rugs. Oh, and books!). I finally got to put this skill of perfectionism to use when my life took a turn, and I re:invented myself as, a Stager—my second career move (more on that in a sec). I attribute my home staging training to the legend, Bobbie McGrath of “Successful Staging.” She convinced me to start my own company in 2017 after 3 years of prior staging experience under my belt, which was, terrifying. But since that meeting, I have proven my success by staging over 1000 Occupied Homes—my specialty. The outcome of these masterpieces often leads to designing and decorating my Sellers new homes and that’s always a compliment.

So that career move I mentioned earlier? Well, I actually grew up...on stage. For over 25 years I had a successful career as a professional dancer. I was born in Washington, D.C. and trained with the Maryland Youth Ballet Academy in Bethesda. My cosmopolitan flair comes from living and dancing allover the world with accolades including The Joffrey Ballet, New York City Ballet, "Victoria" (the white cat) in CATS, and Disney's "Beauty and the Beast." I graduated from Jacksonville University on scholarship with a B.F.A. in Dance and a minor in Creative Writing. I am grateful for my theatre background as it taught me how to tell a story that sells, not to mention how to put together one hell of a production, in record time. When I stage your home, it’s like Opening Night. Cue music.

I am quite busy working primarily in Raleigh and the Triangle (with recent expansion to Wrightsville Beach). I live back and forth with my husband, our sassy 9-year-old, and our new baby boy. Life is hectic—especially as a working parent in the aftermath of 2021 but, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love what I do, and who I work with. And I’m honored to be RESA’s (Real Estate Staging Association) Chapter President. When I'm not making homes look beautiful or educating real estate teams on the importance of staging, you can find me with my toes in the sand or shopping for hidden treasures at flea markets and thrift stores. Thanks for checking out my website and I can't wait to put your home...on stage.
